With specific content mastery in heat transfer, corrosion, deposition and microbiological control, Jonathan’s projects are recognized as the most environmentally supportive plans; identified, implemented, and finally, economically validated.
His extensive wastewater knowledge spans technology validation, design considerations, regulatory compliance, construction management and operational efficiencies. Bringing together specific utilities and wastewater knowledge, Jonathan provides unparalleled expertise to validate and implement water reclamation and reuse on a community scale.
Applying his technical expertise with a strong financial core, he has cultivated over $600 million dollars of project finance opportunities. His leadership enables diverse clients to achieve outsourcing of critical water infrastructure and services, while preserving limited corporate capital.
Jonathan is the recipient of dozens of awards for pioneering water sustainability and has an extensive publication portfolio, with diverse presentations across a broad spectrum of conferences, businesses, and associations to drive water resiliency.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in Mechanical Engineering.
