Allen E. Feltzin
Al Feltzin has over 35 years of experience in process engineering, maintenance, operations, and construction, in large scale industrial plants.
He developed world class, state of the art cooling systems which served as the models for Best Practices globally. Al developed and presented training courses on cooling water treatment and cooling system equipment, both in North America and worldwide.
He was responsible for every aspect associated with cooling towers: design, specification, erection, inspection, testing, thermal performance assessment, retrofits, upgrades, and demolition. He has consulted for refineries and petrochemical plants, working on problems associated with control of calcium phosphate deposition, Legionella, cooling system program optimization, corrosion issues on heat exchangers, and cooling tower life cycle optimization.
Mr. Feltzin has the following professional affiliations where he has authored and presented numerous technical papers: Cooling Technology Institute, National Association of Corrosion Engineers, Compressed Gas Association, and American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
